How does flat-rate pricing work for long-distance moves?

Long-distance moves are priced based on shipment weight and distance. The price we quote is the price you pay — no fuel surcharges, no mileage fees, no rental charges. Dedicated truck, same crew loads and unloads.

Can my employer pay directly?

Yes. We can invoice your employer or relocation management company directly. We provide detailed documentation for reimbursement if you pay upfront.

What if I need packing services?

Standard packing (blanket wrapping, stretch wrap) is included with every move. Full-service packing — where we box up your entire home — is available as an add-on. Most corporate relocations opt for full-service.

Are you affiliated with Aurora Innovation?

No. Move Me Moving is an independent, licensed moving company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Aurora Innovation in any way. We simply serve people who are relocating to the Pittsburgh area.
